Refund and Returns Policy

Scope

This policy applies equally to Open Edition and Limited Edition prints purchased on this website. Being signed, numbered, or produced after ordering does not remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your print, without giving a reason.

To use this right, notify us within that 14-day period by emailing maxdimages@gmail.com with your order number. After notifying us, you must then send the print back to us within the statutory return period that follows.

How to return a print

Contact maxdimages@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the address to send it to.

Please package the print safely and appropriately for its size, ideally in materials similar to how it arrived, to avoid damage in transit.

Return shipping cost

For an ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the print to us.

Condition of the returned print

You may unpack and inspect the print as you reasonably would in a shop. If its value has diminished because it was handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may take this into account when calculating your refund, where legally permitted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect prints

If a print arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, this is not treated as an ordinary change-of-mind return. Contact maxdimages@gmail.com and we will arrange a resolution at our cost.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned print, or you provide proof that you have sent it back — whichever is earlier where legally permitted — we will process your refund without undue delay.

Your refund will include the original standard delivery cost you paid, where required by law. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our least expensive standard shipping method, we are not required to refund the difference.

Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the order.
