Who we are

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company name (if provided) and message you submit. This is sent to us by email and is used only to reply to your enquiry. It is not added to a mailing list and is not used for marketing.

Orders and customer data

When you place an order, we process the billing and shipping details, order contents, and price you provide through checkout. This data is used to fulfil your order, arrange shipping, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. It is stored in our WooCommerce order system for as long as required by Dutch tax and accounting law (generally seven years for financial administration).

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Mollie, our payment service provider. Card, iDEAL, and other payment details you enter are handled directly by Mollie under its own privacy policy — we do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Order emails

We send transactional emails related to your order (order confirmation, status updates, and similar). These are sent only in connection with an order you have placed and are not marketing emails.

Cookies

This site uses only the essential cookies set by WooCommerce that are necessary for the shopping cart and checkout to work, and, if you have an account, to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics, advertising, or social media tracking cookies.

Hosting and technical logs

As with most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser information) for security and technical operation. These logs are not used to build marketing profiles.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligation to retain order and financial records for the period required by law. To exercise any of these rights, contact maxdimages@gmail.com.
